1. What is Home Spot?
Home spot is a broadband package that provides residential internet connections for home users.
E.g. This can be used for assignments, research or even for social networking among other things.

2. What are the Packages and the Costs involved?
The two packages s include the following;
a. 256KBps at 99,000Ugx
b. 512 kbps at 200,000Ug

3. How much does it cost to get connected?
The cost of connection is 150,000Ugx and the equipment remains company property.

4. Is there a trial period?
This is a prepaid service and there is no trial period given.

5. Can a currently connected client migrate to the new product?
Yes a current client can migrate to the new package and only needs to contact their sales agent or
go to a BroadBand Connect Shop.

6. Can one use the same service in an office setting?
This product is basically meant for home use although there are cases where a client works from home and would
want to use the internet service.

In such cases they can be given a connection as long as they adhere to the terms of the fair usage policy agreement
which they sign in the contract.

7. Is it possible for one to change from an outdoor antenna to an indoor antenna?
Yes a client who is interested can switch from an outdoor Wimax antenna to an indoor CPE upon payment of 150,000Ugx.
In such an event, the outdoor antenna will be retrieved and replaced with an indoor CPE.
