The company has divided the total addressable broadband market in Uganda into four major segments to allow the formulation of
effective and efficient marketing strategies for market penetration and retention. These segments are:

• Corporate/ Large Enterprises
• Medium Enterprises
• Small Enterprises
• Residential/ SoHo (Small Office and Home Office)

BroadBand Company currently has over 70 employees and the number is expected to expand as the network becomes fully
operational. Over $20m has been spent in the first phase of operation.

TMP Uganda Ltd.
TMP Uganda Ltd. received both Public Service Provider (PSP) and Public Infrastucture Provider (PIP) licenses in December 2007.

TMP Uganda Ltd. is owned by a consortium of three shareholders with 82% held by a subsidiary of PME African Infrastructure
Opportunities plc, an Isle of Man registered public company listed in London on the Alternative Investment Market (AIM).
The other member of the consortium are TMP Management AS of Norway and Suubi Services (U) Ltd. Together the management
team has over 30 years of telecom experience.
